How to install GHL custom CSS and JS for your theme
To install GHL custom CSS and JS from your customizer account, publish a design, copy the line the editor shows, paste it into Agency Settings β Company β White Label β Custom JS, add the one CSS line for the login page and reload. It takes about two minutes and is fully reversible.
Five steps from welcome email to a restyled GoHighLevel
Log in to the editor
Open https://customizer.ghlcustomercare.com/ with the email and temporary password from your welcome email, then set your own password.
Publish a design
Pick a theme and the modules your package includes, preview them, and press publish. The editor then shows your install code.
Paste the JS line
In GoHighLevel go to Agency Settings, Company, White Label and paste the line into Custom JS. Save.
Paste the login CSS line
Paste the one CSS line the editor gives you into the custom CSS field used by your white-label login page, so the login design loads before sign-in.
Hard refresh and check
Reload your white-label domain (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). The theme appears in the agency view and in every sub-account opened on that domain.
What the GHL custom CSS install does not touch
No credentials
You paste the code yourself. Nobody asks for your GoHighLevel login or agency access.
No data changes
Contacts, pipelines, workflows and snapshots are untouched. The design is a layer on top of the interface.
One-step rollback
Remove the line to go back to default, or restore an earlier save from version history.
Try privacy mode before you install
Once installed, an eye button sits in the GoHighLevel header. Press it in the frame below and client details blur, which is useful on sales demos and recorded walkthroughs.
Press the eye icon on the right of the header inside the frame: names, emails and phone numbers blur. Press it again to bring them back.

INS-01Where does the GHL custom CSS and JS go?
The JavaScript line goes in Agency Settings, Company, White Label, Custom JS. The single CSS line goes in the custom CSS used by your white-label login page. Both are fields GoHighLevel provides for agency branding; nothing else in your account changes.
INS-02How long does the install take?
About two minutes once your design is published: copy two lines from the editor, paste, save, reload. Login emailed within minutes (max 24 hours), so most buyers install on the day they pay.
INS-03Do I have to re-install when I change the design?
No. The line loads your published design, so edits you publish in the editor reach GoHighLevel without touching the code again.
INS-04How do I remove it?
Delete the line from Custom JS (and the CSS line) and save. GoHighLevel returns to its default look on the next reload. Your design stays saved in the editor if you want it back later.
INS-05Why is the login page a separate CSS line?
The login screen renders before GoHighLevel loads agency JavaScript, so a CSS line is what lets the login design appear without a flash of the default page.
INS-06What are allowed domains?
No. Each account has a list of allowed domains (5 on Launch, 10 on Scale, 25 on Enterprise White Label). Add each white-label domain you use to that list in the editor; it is how the account knows where your design is meant to run.
INS-07What is privacy mode?
An eye button added to the GoHighLevel header that blurs names, emails and phone numbers on screen. Use it when you demo or share your screen; press again to show the data. It is included in every package; try it in the preview on this page.
INS-08Do you need access to my GoHighLevel account to install it?
No. You paste the code yourself and we never ask for GoHighLevel logins. If you get stuck, support can talk you through it from the help docs.
INS-09Something looks wrong after installing. What should I check?
Hard refresh first, then confirm you are on an allowed domain and that the line was pasted whole. If another custom script restyles the same elements, test with it removed. Version history lets you roll the design back to an earlier save.
